Take care of yourself

It's easy to spiral downward working alone, bombarded with bleak COVID-19 news. For balance, it's important to take time for your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Treat yourself with fave foods from the grocery store, and continue doing things you love, including at-home hobbies or socially distanced walks in the woods.

Things to think about

  • What were your favourite activities before self-quarantining that you can still do today?
  • Make time for doing things you love, and for doing those things that make you feel alive.
  • Try something new; take a virtual art class or museum tour. Learn to draw, paint, and dance!
  • Remember you're not alone — call or go for a walk with a friend!
