We've updated our Remote Toolkit to help connect our community of architects during these times of working remotely

With everyone working remotely, coordination can be a challenge. Set up pre-arranged meetings in your calendar app and track work with a project management software. Empower and motivate everyone for the day ahead by establishing clear expectations and achievable touch points for daily tasks and projects.

Things to think about

  • Becoming aware of each other's contributions helps build trust, enhancing productivity and growing team unity.
  • Provide time for everyone to clarify tasks and timelines.
  • Create a meeting agenda to clearly state the goal and value of the meeting, even if the reason is just to have camera time together. Let the whole team know that "why".
  • Have active listening opportunities for the team to share lessons learned at the end of a project.
